Job summary

Salt in Dubai is seeking a Learning Coordinator to organize and run learning initiatives across the organization, working closely with employees, facilitators, vendors, and HR teams to support a strong learning experience.

You will coordinate activities from scheduling to completion, manage learner communications, maintain LMS records, and prepare reports on participation and outcomes to improve the learner experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in learning coordination or HR operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business, education, or related field.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and HR learning systems.
• Strong planning and coordination skills with deadline management.
• Attention to accuracy and data entry in learning records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning activities from scheduling to completion with stakeholders.
• Manage learner communications, registrations, attendance, certificates, and follow-ups.
• Maintain learning records and LMS data including enrolments and completions.
• Coordinate program arrangements with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on participation, completion, feedback, and compliance.
• Improve learner experience through organized processes and clear materials.
