Responsibilities include greeting guests, helping with check-in/check-out, sharing information about amenities and local attractions, handling inquiries, coordinating with departments, and assisting with concierge services while maintaining a pristine lobby.

Qualifications

• Russian language fluency essential.
• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of local attractions is a plus.
• Eligible to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

We are currently seeking a Russian-speaking Lobby Ambassador to join our esteemed team at one of Abu Dhabi's premier hotel chains. As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest service and ensuring an unforgettable experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival to the hotel lobby
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and courteously
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the lobby area
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Assist with concierge services such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and providing directions
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the lobby area

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian language is essential
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is a plus
• Must be eligible to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE
