Abu Dhabi Premier Hotel Chain in Abu Dhabi welcomes a Russian-speaking Lobby Ambassador to join our team. You will be the face of the hotel, delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences for visitors.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, helping with check-in/check-out, sharing information about amenities and local attractions, handling inquiries, coordinating with departments, and assisting with concierge services while maintaining a pristine lobby.

Qualifications

• Russian language fluency essential.
• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of local attractions is a plus.
• Eligible to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at hotel lobby.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming lobby atmosphere.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Assist with concierge services (reservations, transportation, directions).
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and organization.
