Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Russian-speaking Sales Manager to grow international business across Russia & CIS and beyond, focusing on fertilizers, agrochemicals and related products.

You will identify buyers, build distributor networks and manage key accounts while negotiating contracts and driving sales targets with a strong Russian/CIS network. Fluency in Russian is mandatory; English is essential, Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent Russian language is mandatory.
• Proven experience in B2B/International/Export Sales.
• Experience in fertilizers, agrochemicals, agricultural products, or related industries preferred.
• Existing network of Russian/CIS buyers and distributors is a strong advantage.
• UAE market experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales in Russia & CIS markets and other international markets.
• Identify and approach importers, distributors, wholesalers, and large agricultural companies.
• Generate new B2B leads and convert them into long-term customers.
• Manage negotiations, quotations, contracts and commercial discussions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding pricing, availability, documentation and logistics.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
