We are seeking a dynamic Runner to join our team, responsible for greeting clients and candidates, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating interviews in a fast-paced environment.

As a full-time role, you will assist with onboarding, maintain orderly records, and support the recruitment team with feedback and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of the luxury industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and candidates in a professional and friendly manner
