Perfetti Van Melle in Dubai, UAE is seeking an RTM Manager to oversee and optimize the complete supply planning process, including warehousing and demand forecasting, and to manage reexport procedures from the freezone warehouse on-site. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• As the RTM Manager, you will oversee and optimize the complete supply planning process, encompassing warehousing and demand forecasting, along with managing the reexport procedures from the freezone warehouse. Your role is crucial in ensuring an uninterrupted and efficient supply chain that aligns with our organizational goals and quality standards.Primary Responsibilities* Collaborate closely with internal teams including production and supply planning, procurement, plant warehouse, logistics, and business development to guarantee seamless coordination and communication across all functions.
• Engage with external stakeholders such as suppliers, carriers, transporters, and vendors to maintain a reliable flow of materials and resolve any potential disruptions proactively.
• Implement and oversee Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, establishing key parameters, boundaries, and workflows that support new product launches and ongoing supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure vendor adherence to schedules and develop the capabilities of self and key users in SAP planning systems to optimize inventory management for finished goods consistent with KPI objectives.
• Lead auditing efforts for stock take and warehousing operations, establishing robust mechanisms to monitor freight and warehousing costs, and report findings to business leadership for informed decision-making.
• Participate actively in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, supporting data analysis, dashboard completions, and operational excellence initiatives through close alignment with Plant DMS.
• Continuously evaluate supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced responsiveness to market demands.
• Support cross-functional projects and assume additional responsibilities as necessary to promote overall supply chain excellence and business growth. Your comprehensive management of these duties will not only streamline operations but also enhance the agility and responsiveness of our supply chain, contributing directly to the success of the BU Brazil, Africa, Middle East, South and Central Asia business group.

Key Attributes and Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in material planning, demand planning, inventory management \& handling, purchasing, and/or Forecasting,
• Strong proficiency with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and SAP planning modules, including proven ability to train and empower cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and external partners to ensure alignment and proactive problem-solving.
• Robust analytical and auditing capabilities, with experience overseeing stock takes, warehousing processes, and the financial aspects related to freight and inventory costs.
• Commitment to operational excellence, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to data-driven Integrated Business Planning processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear reporting and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing multiple priorities while maintaining a keen eye for detail and quality standards.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. Relevant certifications will be considered an asset.
