Job summary

Nadi Talent Group in Dubai is seeking a seasoned approvals specialist to own permits, NOCs and authority submissions across major infrastructure projects. You will work directly with RTA and Dubai Municipality to push submissions through final approvals, track requirements, and resolve issues that stall progress.

The role requires 5+ years UAE experience, fluent Arabic, a valid UAE driving licence, and a strong network within the authorities.

Qualifications

5+ years UAE experience handling permits, NOCs and approvals.
Hands-on experience with RTA and Dubai Municipality.
Strong knowledge of Dubai approval processes and government submissions.
Fluent Arabic, spoken and written.
Valid UAE driving licence.
Degree in engineering, business/public admin or related field.

Responsibilities

Manage authority submissions from initial application through final approval.
Work with RTA and Dubai Municipality to follow up on submissions and resolve outstanding requirements.
Handle stalled or rejected approvals and move them forward with authorities.
Coordinate with project managers and contractors on approval requirements and timelines.
Maintain clear records and visibility across submissions and approvals.
