Job summary

Nadi Talent Group in Dubai is seeking a seasoned approvals specialist to own permits, NOCs and authority submissions across major infrastructure projects. You will work directly with RTA and Dubai Municipality to push submissions through final approvals, track requirements, and resolve issues that stall progress.

The role requires 5+ years UAE experience, fluent Arabic, a valid UAE driving licence, and a strong network within the authorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years UAE experience handling permits, NOCs and approvals.
• Hands-on experience with RTA and Dubai Municipality.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai approval processes and government submissions.
• Fluent Arabic, spoken and written.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Degree in engineering, business/public admin or related field.

We are hiring for a fast-growing Dubai-based technology business working across smart parking, mobility and infrastructure projects.

You will own the permits, NOCs and authority approvals that keep projects moving, with a particular focus on RTA and Dubai Municipality.

What you'll do

• Manage authority submissions, permits and NOCs from initial application through final approval
• Work directly with RTA and Dubai Municipality to follow up on submissions and resolve outstanding requirements
• Handle stalled or rejected approvals and work with the relevant authority contacts to move them forward
• Coordinate with project managers and contractors on approval requirements and timelines
• Maintain clear records and visibility across active submissions and outstanding approvals

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of UAE experience handling permits, NOCs and authority approvals
• Hands-on experience personally dealing with RTA and Dubai Municipality
• Current working relationships within both authorities
• Strong knowledge of Dubai approval processes and government submissions
• Fluent Arabic, spoken and written
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Relevant degree in engineering, business administration, public administration or a related field

Important

This role focuses on project, construction and infrastructure approvals.

If your PRO experience is primarily visas, labour cards or immigration processing, this will not be the right fit.

We are looking for someone who has personally managed authority approvals, rather than only supervising a team that handled them.

Package

Up to AED 15,000/month, depending on experience and the strength of your authority relationships.
