Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks an experienced NOC Engineer for Roads & Infrastructure to support road projects across the UAE. You will handle NOC preparation, submission and coordination with authorities, ensuring timely approvals and compliant documentation.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years UAE experience in civil infrastructure, deep familiarity with RTA/DEWA/municipal processes, and strong communication skills. Dubai roads NOC experience is essential and a driving license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering/Diploma with UAE infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on experience in NOC preparation, submission and approval.
• Strong exposure to RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality and ROWPS.
• Experience with road, utility, excavation, diversion, trial pit/NDRC or related infrastructure works.
• Coordinate authority comments, revisions, inspections and final approvals.
• Good communication, documentation and coordination skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Important: Candidates must have practical Dubai roads/infrastructure NOC experience, not only document control or general permit coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead NOC preparation, submission and approvals for Dubai roads projects.
• Coordinate with authorities (RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality) for comments and approvals.
• Ensure proper documentation, revisions and final approvals are achieved on schedule.
• Collaborate with project teams to align NOC processes with construction milestones.
