Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Valid RTA approval/licence or equivalent status preferred.

Aufgaben

• Act as technical point of contact for RTA-related works, approvals, permits, NOCs, and inspections.
• Coordinate with RTA, Dubai Municipality, consultants, contractors, developers, and authorities.
• Prepare and submit technical documents for RTA approvals and inspections.
• Manage RTA NOC applications and close-out requirements.
• Ensure works comply with RTA drawings, standards, and Right-of-Way regulations.
• Review drawings for issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Supervise road, landscaping, drainage, utilities, and related civil works.
• Coordinate site activities with project teams and authorities.
• Maintain records of approvals, inspections, permits, and documentation.
