Job summary

Nova International General Contracting in the UAE seeks a Permitting & NOC Engineer to own end-to-end permit submissions across Abu Dhabi authorities for a large-scale Yas Island project.

You will manage TASAREEH, ADDC, ADSSC, DOT, DM portals, prepare covering letters, coordinate with design consultants, and ensure timely approvals.

The role requires 8+ years in permitting, strong regulatory knowledge, and fluency in English; UAE driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 8 years permitting/NOC experience in Abu Dhabi.
• Experience with multi-authority submissions on Yas Island or Miral is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit permit applications and NOC requests to Abu Dhabi authorities.
• Coordinate with the design consultant to obtain drawings, calculations, and reports for submissions.
• Follow up with authorities and track approvals to ensure timely close-out.
