Job summary

You will set targets, coach route teams, monitor performance, optimize vehicle use, and conduct market surveys to refine routes and identify new revenue opportunities on a daily basis. Qualification includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2+ years in route management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in route management.
• 2+ years of experience in revenue and cost management.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Set and clearly communicate sales targets and objectives to the route team.
• Coach, motivate, and support route teams to achieve targets.
• Manage team performance to meet customer base goals and maximize revenue and profit.
• Plan and execute the assigned route and coverage plans.
• Ensure vehicles are used cost-effectively and deliveries meet service demands.
• Conduct regular market surveys to assess route efficiency and refine plans.
• Identify additional revenue opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Carry out daily market visits to evaluate the sales and distribution network.
