Job summary

Minor Hotels is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to ensure our guest rooms and suites are maintained to the highest luxury standards. You will handle daily cleaning operations while strictly following hotel safety protocols.

Core responsibilities include cleaning and resetting rooms (beds made, furniture dusted), replenishing supplies, reporting maintenance issues to engineering, and logging lost and found items per security procedures.

Qualifications

• High school certificate plus basic hospitality/housekeeping certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of room attendant experience in UAE hospitality.
• Must hold a valid transferable residency visa and pass the cleaning assessment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Replenish room supplies, minibar items, and fresh towels according to occupancy reports.
• Report maintenance issues to engineering and log lost & found items per security procedures.

• Replenish room supplies, minibar items, and fresh towels according to the daily floor occupancy report.
• Report any technical maintenance issues or damaged furniture immediately to the engineering department.
• Securely handle all lost and found items following the strict hotel security and logging procedures.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Qualifications: High school certificate. A basic certification in hospitality or housekeeping is highly preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on room attendant experience inside the UAE hospitality sector.
• Papers: Must hold a valid transferable residency visa and pass the physical cleaning assessment.
