Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Room Attendant is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Physically capable of cleaning duties.
• Positive attitude, honest and hardworking.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Good teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, replace bed linen, towels, and guest amenities.
• Clean bathrooms and replenish toiletries.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas.
• Report maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly.
• Ensure all rooms are ready before check-in time.
• Follow hotel cleaning procedures and health & safety standards.
• Handle guest requests politely and professionally.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies properly.
• Support deep cleaning schedules as assigned by the supervisor.
