Job summary

Le Meridien Dubai Hotel is seeking meticulous Housekeeping Room Attendants to ensure every guest bedroom is spotless, sanitized, and ready for new arrivals in line with Marriott standards.

Daily duties include stripping and remaking beds, sanitizing bathrooms, replenishing towels and toiletries, vacuuming, dusting furniture, and reporting issues to the floor supervisor. The role offers 1,300–1,600 AED monthly, plus shared service charge, with free staff accommodation and meals.

Qualifications

• Background: Prior cleaning experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is strongly preferred.
• Attention to detail: ability to spot hidden dust and arrange items symmetrically.
• Safety: understanding of color-coded cleaning cloths to prevent cross-contamination.

Responsibilities

Daily Floor Duties:

• Strip used bedsheets, sanitize mattresses, and remake beds according to strict Marriott brand standards.
• Scrub bathroom floors, polish mirrors, and replenish fresh towels and luxury toiletries.
• Vacuum carpets, dust all wooden furniture, and check that room electronics like TVs and lamps are working.
• Report any broken furniture, burnt-out lightbulbs, or lost items to the floor supervisor immediately.

Selection Criteria:

• Background: Prior cleaning experience inside a 4-star or 5-star hotel property is strongly preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot hidden dust and arrange room items perfectly symmetrically.
• Safety: Understanding of color-coded cleaning cloths to prevent cross-contamination between bathrooms and living spaces.
