Job summary

Shangri-La Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring they are tidy, well-stocked and ready for guests. You will report maintenance issues promptly to the housekeeping supervisor and uphold Traders standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of housekeeping experience, good English proficiency, and a High School Diploma or Hospitality Management qualification; flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of housekeeping experience with professional proficiency in English language.
• High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management is often required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and arrange guest rooms and floor area according to Shangri-La & Traders standards.
• Replace linens, towels and guest amenities as required and ensure trolleys, cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and organized.
• Report maintenance issues, damages or lost and found items to the supervisor.
• Always provide courteous and helpful service to guests.
