Job summary

KEOLIS Dubai seeks a Rolling Stock Technician Supervisor to lead a team delivering preventive and corrective maintenance for passenger trains and engineering vehicles used on Dubai Metro.

You will supervise inspections, testing, and repairs, review blueprints and technical orders, and ensure safe, compliant maintenance. The role requires 2+ years as technician and 1 year supervisory experience, plus a Vocational diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Must have good eyesight and normal colour vision.
• Strong mechanical mind and ability to grasp rolling stock complexity.
• Ability to use electrical, electronic and mechanical test equipment and PC for maintenance.
• Ability to write simple technical reports and method statements.
• Good communication and multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Rolling Stock Engineer in leading a team for preventive and corrective maintenance on rolling stock and associated vehicles.
• Supervise routine inspections, part changes, minor repairs and technical cleaning.
• Manage testing of electromechanical assemblies and replacements of electrical/electronic parts.
• Supervise wheel truing, bogie overhaul, and component calibration per schedule.
• Lead technicians in understanding and servicing complex equipment and train rescue operations.
