Job summary

KEOLIS is seeking a Rolling Stock Project Engineer in Dubai to oversee technical assessments, recovery strategies, and coordination across engineering, procurement, and operations. The role ensures safety, quality, maintenance, and regulatory compliance while delivering projects on time.

You will manage project scopes, budgets, and interfaces with internal teams and external contractors, driving successful handovers to asset owners and ensuring traceability of all technical documentation within

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP or Prince2)
• Dubai metro and rolling stock knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all project deliveries, including reinstatement, with resource planning and stakeholder coordination
• Prepare scopes, technical specs, cost estimates, risk assessments, and project plans for rolling stock and depot-related projects
• Monitor costs, forecasts, and expenditures and report deviations to the Project Manager
• Review contractor quotations, variations, invoices, and deliverables for technical compliance with budget
• Maintain auditable project records and ensure proper archiving of technical submissions and asset data
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and stakeholders to support timely invoicing and financial reporting
• Support testing, verification, validation, commissioning, and asset acceptance activities to ensure compliance
• Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and promote knowledge sharing and teamwork
