Job summary

Keolis MHI Rail Management and Operation L.L.C in Dubai seeks a role to assist the Rolling Stock Depot Managers in budgeting, planning and coordinating maintenance activities for rolling stock assets.

You will help allocate resources, oversee software configuration management, and develop procedures, safety and quality plans to meet governance standards. A background in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred, with at least one year in design, testing or commissioning of rolling stock.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in design, testing or commissioning of rolling stock.
• Degree or higher diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing the maintenance budget and resource allocation.
• Oversee technical support for rolling stock, including software configuration management.
• Prepare maintenance procedures, safety plans, and quality governance docs.
• Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling across depot.
• Ensure compliance with HSQE, information security, and data governance.
• Promote energy and waste minimization; lead by example.
