Job summary

Cercli Tech Limited is seeking a Field Application Engineer to deliver hands-on technical support for advanced robotic solutions in spot and stretch product environments. You will implement and optimize robotic systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide customer training on site or remotely.

The role requires strong hardware and software knowledge, experience with robot integration, and collaboration with engineering, product and sales teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in robotics system implementation, integration and support.
• Experience with robotic arms, sensors, actuators, and robotic control systems.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical expert for robot implementation, assisting customers with setup and integration.
• Demonstrate robotics hardware and software expertise for optimal performance.
• Provide on-site or remote customer training and support throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, product management and sales/marketing to meet customer needs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and guidelines.
• Support sales with technical demonstrations and solution proposals.
