Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for new projects and ongoing services.
• Lead project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Conduct site inspections, ensuring installations and commissioning.
• Evaluate robotic operations, identify challenges, and provide feedback to R&D.
• Coordinate with R&D teams (locally and overseas) for product improvements.
• Manage service delivery, maintenance, and support for new applications.
• Identify and optimize application areas.
• Monitor project-related expenses and ensure alignment with budgeted costs.
• Coordinate and follow up to track project payments and financial milestones.
