Fala Road Contracting L.L.C. in the UAE is seeking a Site Engineer – Roads to oversee day-to-day construction on road projects. You will ensure works are built to approved drawings and specifications, on schedule and safely, coordinating with site teams, subcontractors and consultants.

The role emphasizes supervision, planning, quality control and compliance with HSE standards, with a focus on timely delivery of infrastructure works and accurate progress reporting to management.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of site engineering experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Experience on road and infrastructure projects with a roads contractor.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, BOQs and method statements.
• Hands-on experience preparing IRs/MIRs and working with consultants on inspections.
• Good knowledge of site HSE requirements and quality control procedures.
• Strong planning, coordination and reporting skills.

• Site Supervision: Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is performed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Planning & Progress: Plan and organise daily work activities in coordination with the project team.
• Technical & Engineering: Review engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs and contract documents.
