Job summary

Sobha Constructions LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a Site Engineer - Infrastructure with UAE/GCC construction experience to oversee road, utilities and drainage projects. You will review drawings, plan resources, and ensure work aligns with schedules.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, strong site execution knowledge, and excellent coordination and communication with Planning, QA/QC, Safety and subcontractors. UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage).
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings and specifications.
• Plan and manage manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Execute work as per project schedule and coordinate with site supervisors.
• Monitor daily productivity and submit progress reports.
• Coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, Safety, and Store teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure timely project completion.
• Handle corrective actions and close site issues promptly.
• Support workforce productivity and performance improvement.
