Job summary

ACC Group is seeking a Road Safety Coordinator in Abu Dhabi with 5+ years in Oil & Gas/industrial projects to implement and maintain RTSMS and oversee vehicle transport safety. The role requires ensuring driver qualifications, conducting safety trainings, and coordinating Journey Management Plans across projects.

Responsibilities include audits, incident investigations, and reporting on KPIs to management, while ensuring ADNOC and UAE traffic standards compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, safety or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in road safety roles within Oil & Gas, EPC or industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of UAE road safety standards and journey management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the RTSMS per company and client requirements.
• Monitor project vehicle movements and ensure compliance with journey management procedures.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and verify driver qualifications and licenses.
• Coordinate JMPs for personnel and material transport activities.
• Lead road safety inductions, toolbox talks and awareness campaigns for drivers.
