Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a senior HSE professional to lead the development and deployment of Personal Safety, Work Management System (WMS) and High Risk Transportation (HRT) standards for Al Dhafra and Al Yasat. You will act as the focal point for safety disciplines, supporting councils and driving compliance across sites.

You will develop and monitor KPIs, implement training, and ensure continuous improvement in safety culture and incident prevention across both companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with HSE focus.
• Minimum 3 years of safety (HSE) management experience, including personal safety, work management systems and/or transportation safety.
• Professional safety certifications from reputed international organisations are preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of Personal Safety, WMS and Transportation Safety requirements across Al Dhafra and Al Yasat.
• Act as focal point for Personal Safety, WMS and Transportation Safety disciplines and coordinate with ADNOC councils.
• Provide risk assessments, incident reviews and ensure lessons learned are cascaded across both companies.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards and report performance to HSE committees.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with HSE related specialization or any equivalent discipline

Professional safety certifications from reputed international organisations
