Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC invites an experienced Road Safety Coordinator to join our Oil & Gas EPC projects in the UAE. You will implement road safety systems, manage IVMS data, generate reports, and drive compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will lead journey management, conduct inductions, deliver awareness campaigns, and maintain safety databases, collaborating with project teams to ensure transport safety across the lifecycle of major EPC projects.

Qualifications

HSE experience 4–6 years; EPC O&G exposure advantageous.
At least 1 year direct road safety program management including IVMS data.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma required; UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement and manage road and transport safety systems for Oil & Gas EPC projects.
Monitor, analyse, and report IVMS data and create performance dashboards.
Conduct HSE and road safety inductions for employees, drivers and contractors.
Deliver road safety awareness sessions and campaigns for the workforce.
Develop and monitor Journey Management Plans (JMP).
Support transport safety risk assessments and vehicle inspections.
Maintain transport safety databases and documentation; liaise with project teams.
