The candidate will hold a valid aircraft maintenance license with 5+ years of experience in line maintenance and 2–3 years on multiple Etihad aircraft ratings (Airbus/Boeing). Strong communication and regulatory awareness are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Valid Aircraft Maintenance License (GCAA / EASA Part-66 / ICAO Type convertible to GCAA).
• Minimum 2-3 years of certifying experience on at least 2 Etihad aircraft type ratings.
• Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including 3 years in Line Maintenance.

Aufgaben

• Perform riding engineer duties per approved maintenance data and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure UAE GCAA regulations and Etihad standards compliance.
• Maintain licenses, approvals, and authorizations; notify about renewals 6 months prior.
• Deliver high-quality maintenance to release aircraft on schedule.
• Apply technical judgment to resolve defects during line operations.
• Maintain exterior and interior cabin standards per Etihad brand expectations.
• Promote use of modern tools and digital systems for efficiency and safety.
• Support continuous improvement across Line Maintenance operations.
• Contribute to safety culture and professional conduct.
