Etihad Airways is seeking an experienced Aircraft Engineer with base maintenance experience. You will perform and certify maintenance, lead Technicians, and ensure work meets regulatory and Etihad standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Aircraft Maintenance License (GCAA / EASA Part-66 / ICAO Type convertible to GCAA).
• 7–10 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including at least 5 years certifying in Base/Light Maintenance.
• 2–3 years of certifying experience on Etihad aircraft type ratings (A320/330/350/380, B777/787) with current authorization.

Responsibilities

• Certify own work and the work of others after verifying alignment with approved data and authorization scope.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time according to procedures.
• Carry out maintenance in compliance with health, safety, regulatory and quality standards.
• Guide Technicians to ensure safe, efficient working practices and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free environment and prevent FOD across shifts.
• Participate in training to enhance technical capability and professional contribution.
