Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance of reverse logistics programs across sites.
• Review site compliance with procedures and performance standards.
• Develop daily action plans to improve performance and targets.
• Identify opportunities within transportation and returns processes.
• Investigate disruptions and coordinate corrective actions.
• Track actions through completion and measure impact.
• Provide functional specs and document new processes.
• Maintain performance metrics and daily/exec summaries.
• Support ramp-ups and launches with vendors and sites.
