Job summary

Etihad Airways seeks a senior technical leader to own end-to-end delivery, integration, and operation of airline Revenue Management platforms, focusing on PROS RM and GSO, integrated with Amadeus and the Offer ecosystem.

You will partner with business, technology, and external vendors to deliver enhancements, manage releases, ensure data integrity, and sustain operational stability across the RM landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in airline tech or revenue management.
• Extensive experience with PROS RM solutions, integration, and production support.
• Strong experience integrating Amadeus Altéa and related revenue systems.
• Solid understanding of airline data domains: schedules, fares, bookings, inventory and revenue
• Proven ability to lead multi-vendor tech deliveries and stakeholder engagement.
• Technical proficiency in APIs, SaaS, cloud environments, SQL, and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own the product delivery roadmap, backlog, releases, and lifecycle for RM and GSO.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and acceptance criteria.
• Manage integrations across PROS, Amadeus Altéa, RAAV, schedules, and revenue systems.
• Monitor data quality, SLAs, and incident management for stability.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and manage dependencies and releases.
• Act as liaison between business, vendors, and technical teams.
• Ensure alignment of Offer delivery with DTI roadmaps and standards.
• Maintain documentation, data dictionaries, and runbooks.
