Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery, integration, and operational management of PROS Revenue Management platforms and related systems. You will own the delivery roadmap, manage releases, ensure data integrity, and coordinate across internal technology, data, and external vendors within the Amadeus ecosystem and the Offer landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in airline technology, commercial systems, or revenue management.
• Hands-on PROS Revenue Management experience (implementation, integration, or production support).
• Experience integrating airline commercial systems, especially Amadeus Altéa and RM ecosystems.
• Knowledge of schedules, ATPCO fares, bookings/PNRs, inventory, revenue data.

Responsibilities

• Own the product delivery roadmap, backlog, release planning, and lifecycle management for Revenue Management and Group Sales solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, integration designs, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage integrations and data flows across PROS, Amadeus Altéa Inventory, RAAV, schedules, fares, bookings, inventory, and revenue systems.
• Monitor interface performance, data quality, and operational SLAs with issue resolution and RCA.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across internal tech, data, platform, and integration teams.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and solution providers.
• Align Offer delivery with DTI roadmaps, standards, environments and release schedules.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and sequencing across DTI integration, platform and data engineering.
• Bridge the Offer business and DTI by translating requirements and arbitrate technical trade-offs.
• Ensure system stability through incident, problem, change, and environment management.
• Maintain technical docs, interface specs, data dictionaries, and runbooks.
• Hold vendors to SLAs and support commercial discussions with technical input.
