Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of PROS Revenue Management and related systems. You will own the delivery roadmap, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure data integrity and operational stability across the Rev Management landscape.

The role requires strong APIs, integrations, and SQL skills, with experience in Amadeus Altéa and SaaS platforms, and a proven ability to manage multi-vendor technology deliveries.

Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
• - 5+ years of experience within airline technology, commercial systems, or revenue management environments.
• - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with PROS Revenue Management solutions, including implementation, integration, or production support.
• - Strong experience integrating airline commercial systems, ideally within the Amadeus Altéa and Revenue Availability ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own the product delivery roadmap, backlog, release planning, and lifecycle management for Revenue Management and Group Sales solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, integration designs, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage integrations and data flows across PROS, Amadeus Altéa Inventory, RAAV, schedules, fares, bookings, inventory, and revenue-related systems.
• Monitor interface performance, data quality, and operational SLAs, driving issue resolution and continuous improvement.
