Job summary

Etihad Airways, based in Abu Dhabi, seeks a Technical Product Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of PROS RM and GSO platforms and their integration with Amadeus ecosystems. You will collaborate across business, technology, and external vendors to drive enhancements, releases, data integrity, and operational stability.

The role requires strong APIs, integrations, and cloud/SaaS experience, with significant PROS RM expertise and multi-vendor project leadership to support Journey 2030

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in airline technology or revenue management environments.
• 4+ years hands-on PROS RM implementations, integrations or production support.

Responsibilities

• Own the product delivery roadmap, backlog, release planning and lifecycle for Revenue Management solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Manage integrations and data flows across PROS, Amadeus Altéa Inventory, RAAV and related systems.
• Monitor interface performance, data quality, and SLAs; drive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
