Job summary

BettingJobs is partnering with a premier online casino and sportsbook operator to hire a Commercial Excellence Lead in Dubai. The role will lead sales processes, systems, and standard work to enable business growth for the services line across markets, leveraging data-driven insights and efficient processes.

You will build dashboards, improve funnel hygiene, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to hit revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in technical sales, sales operations, or commercial excellence.
• Strong analytical and executive presentation skills.
• Leadership skills to lead teams and shape growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage data analytics and reporting processes to support revenue strategies and decision-making.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualise key performance metrics and revenue health.
• Drive funnel hygiene management and ensure pipeline best practices are followed by product teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on revenue targets and initiatives.
• Provide ongoing recommendations for revenue process improvement to enhance efficiency and support pipeline growth.
