Job summary

BettingJobs is seeking a Commercial Excellence professional for an established online casino and sportsbook operator. You will lead data-driven sales processes, systems, and operating rigor to enable growth across markets, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Finance and Operations to hit revenue targets.

You will build and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key metrics, drive funnel hygiene, and provide actionable insights to leadership for performance improvement and strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in technical sales, sales operations, commercial excellence
• Strong analytical and executive presentation skills
• Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and market strategy
• Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Manage data analytics and reporting processes to support revenue strategies and decision-making
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key performance metrics, track revenue health and proffer insights on analytics
• Drive funnel hygiene management and ensure products teams adhere to best practices for pipeline management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations etc.) to ensure alignment on revenue targets and initiatives
• Provide ongoing revenue process improvement recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness as well as support pipeline growth
• Partner with leadership to communicate performance trends, provide insights based on data and suggest areas for improvement
• Align with operations to manage operating rhythms and rigor for commercial metrics including business planning cycles, forecasting and entitlement views
• Support on developing winning strategies, and to deliver strategic products Campaigns. Utilize understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed to address business needs and questions
