Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a diligent order execution specialist to support the MEA region by turning orders into on-time deliveries and recognized revenue. You will manage the full execution cycle, maintain visibility across orders and shipments, and collaborate with Sales, Collections, factories, planning, and logistics partners to meet revenue goals.

In this role, you will drive backlog management, coordinate with partners, monitor shipment progress, and raise blockers to support recovery

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in order management, supply chain, logistics, or similar.
• Knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and export/import processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (JDE, SAP) and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue targets through order execution and backlog management.
• Prioritize orders based on revenue impact and delivery commitments.
• Monitor delivery dates and at-risk orders to identify delays.
• Coordinate with factories, planning, and logistics for outbound shipments.
• Track shipment progress and related export documentation.
• Elevate order, credit, and payment issues affecting shipment or revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Collections, and stakeholders to remove blockers.
• Maintain revenue, backlog, and shipment reports for visibility.
