Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an operational specialist in Dubai to keep customer orders moving from entry to revenue. You will manage priorities, follow up blockers, and ensure visibility across orders and shipments, aiding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

The role collaborates with Sales, Collections, factories, planning, and logistics partners, using ERP data and Excel to drive accurate reporting and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in order management, supply chain, logistics, or similar role.
• Knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and export/import basics.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JDE or SAP.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze revenue/backlog data.
• Clear stakeholder communication across Sales, Collections, factories, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue targets through order execution and backlog management.
• Prioritize orders based on revenue impact and delivery requirements.
• Monitor delivery dates, backlog, and at-risk orders for delays.
• Coordinate with factories, planning, logistics, and freight forwarders.
• Track shipment progress, documentation, and related issues to completion.
• Escalate order, credit, and payment issues affecting shipment or revenue.
• Partner with Sales and Collections to remove blockers and support recovery plans.
• Maintain revenue, backlog, shipment, and supply chain reports.
