Job summary

Vibes Events, on behalf of Informa Markets, is seeking a driven Lead Qualifier & Validator to support WHX Dubai. You will qualify inbound leads and assess fit with WHX Dubai using structured criteria, helping convert prospects into sales opportunities.

Working with the Commercial Director and the sales team, you will record qualification data in Salesforce, target daily outreach, and help refine campaigns with marketing. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B exhibitions or events is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication with senior-level stakeholders.
• CRM data accuracy and meticulous record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, landing pages, and paid channels.
• Assess each company’s product or service offering and evaluate their fit with WHX Dubai using qualification criteria.
• Hit daily and weekly outreach goals, focusing on contact quality and conversion to opportunities.
• Record detailed lead notes and qualification scores in Salesforce for handover to sales.
• Flag high-potential entrants for strategic follow-up.
• Support reactivation of dormant leads in the system.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine campaign targeting and lead filtering.
• Provide actionable insights to improve outreach quality and pipeline.
