Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems in a SaaS context. You will audit and harmonize CRM and related platforms, resolve data and policy conflicts, and document complex business rules for AI-friendly workflows.

Responsibilities include data reconciliation, integration awareness, and governance of CRM changes affecting billing, CPQ, and ticketing. Remote contractor role with global collaboration.

Qualifications

4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, or rollouts.
Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows and automation.
Experience with billing, CPQ, ticketing or integration platforms.
SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies and automation issues.
Analyze policy conflicts and determine business rules.
Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
Create clear operational prompts and documentation for SaaS scenarios.
Document recommended system changes and decisions.
Assess impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and integrations.
Provide insights on CRM optimization and sustainable governance.
