Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue platforms. This contract role is remote, and requires hands-on CRM leadership across major platforms, strong data governance, and the ability to translate complex workflows into practical governance.

You will audit CRM and integrated systems for inconsistencies, resolve data issues, review policies, and document

Qualifications

4–6 years hands-on CRM admin experience.
Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations or rollouts.
Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
Experience with two revenue/operational systems like billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
Experience in SaaS environments.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies and automation issues.
Analyze policy conflicts and determine business rules.
Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
Create operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
Document recommended system changes and decisions.
Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and integrations.
Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
