Job summary

Rixos is seeking a Revenue Analyst based in Dubai to support the corporate Revenue Management team. You will produce accurate revenue reporting, forecasts and market analyses to guide pricing, inventory and distribution decisions.

You will work closely with hotel Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and Finance to identify opportunities and ensure consistent application of revenue management practices across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and maintain revenue reports and dashboards for the corporate team and assigned hotels.
• Forecasting and Budget Support: Support the preparation and consolidation of hotel revenue forecasts, annual budgets and business plans.
• Pricing and Inventory Support: Analyse demand and competitor pricing to support recommendations on room rates, restrictions and inventory allocation.
• Market and Distribution Analysis: Monitor market trends, benchmark reports, and assess channel mix and distribution costs.
• All-Inclusive Commercial Analysis: Support analysis of all-inclusive packages and ancillary revenue opportunities to improve profitability.
• Corporate Coordination and Data Quality: Consolidate hotel submissions, ensure reporting definitions, and coordinate corrections with stakeholders.
