Rixos Hotels in Dubai seeks a Revenue Analyst to support the corporate Revenue Management team across the portfolio. The role focuses on accurate reporting, forecasting support, market analysis and actionable recommendations to guide pricing, inventory and distribution decisions.

You will work with hotel Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and Finance to identify commercial opportunities and ensure consistent revenue management practices across the portfolio.

Formación

• Experience in revenue management reporting and analysis.
• Ability to monitor and interpret KPI trends and variances.
• Strong data-driven decision making for pricing and inventory.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports and dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, cancellations and market share.
• Analyse performance against budget, forecast and previous year; highlight variances.
• Evaluate results by hotel, market segment, source market, distribution channel.
• Translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations for management.
• Support hotel revenue forecasts, annual budgets and business plans.
• Review booking trends, demand patterns and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor actual performance against forecasts and flag changes.
• Analyse pricing, room mix and inventory; support rate strategies.
• Assess channel mix and distribution costs to optimize profitability.
• Support analysis of all-inclusive packages and ancillary revenue opportunities.
