Job summary

Rixos Hotels seeks a Revenue Analyst to maximise revenue and profitability across the Dubai portfolio. Based in Dubai, you will deliver accurate reporting, forecasting support, market analysis and actionable recommendations for pricing, inventory and distribution decisions.

You will work closely with hotel Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and Finance to identify commercial opportunities and standardize revenue management practices across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports for the corporate team and hotels.
• Monitor KPI like occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace and market share.
• Analyse performance against budget, forecast and prior year, noting variances.
• Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Support consolidation of hotel revenue forecasts and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain revenue reports and dashboards for the corporate team and hotels.
• Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace and market share.
• Analyse performance against budget, forecast and prior year.
• Evaluate results by hotel, market, source market and channel.
• Translate data into insights and practical recommendations for management.
