Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking an onboarding specialist focused on retirement plans to prepare, review, and coordinate documents such as adoption and trust agreements. You will manage onboarding workflows from start to finish and ensure accuracy and IRS/ERISA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in retirement plans, TPA operations, or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate retirement plan documents including adoption agreements and trust agreements.
• Manage onboarding workflows from initial preparation through execution.
• Review documents for accuracy and compliance with IRS and ERISA requirements.
• Partner with advisors and clients to gather information and maintain onboarding timelines.
• Perform detailed quality checks to identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Maintain accurate digital records and update plan information in internal systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and efficiency.
