Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a skilled Retail Stock Clerk to join the Retail team. The role involves receiving and inspecting merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining stockroom order to support store operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of retail or stockroom experience, basic inventory system knowledge, and the physical ability to lift and move merchandise. Strong teamwork and flexible hours are important for peak periods and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or stockroom operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and stock handling procedures.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and organize merchandise.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise for accuracy and quality.
• Stock shelves, bins, and displays with products in an organized and timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the stockroom and sales floor.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and stock audits.
• Label and tag items with pricing, barcodes, or other identifying information.
• Rotate stock to ensure older items are sold first (FIFO method).
• Assist customers in locating items when needed.
• Support the team during promotions, restocking, and store rearrangements.
• Follow safety and security procedures when handling stock and equipment.
