Wynn Al Marjan Island invites applications for a Manager to join the Inventory Control team at its UAE resort. The role focuses on leading the inventory function, ensuring timely deliveries to outlets, accurate postings, and strong financial stewardship.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of managerial inventory control experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with BirchStreet, Oracle and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of managerial inventory control experience with strong financial acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Management, Finance or related field.
• Experience with BirchStreet, Oracle and Power BI for reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inventory Control team and ensure timely deliveries to outlets.
• Maintain data accuracy, completeness and integrity in BirchStreet.
• Oversee accurate and timely inventory and financial postings.
• Prepare daily/monthly food cost reports and analyze variances.
• Coordinate resources and train team members to meet targets.
