Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a Clerk – Inventory Control to join the resort’s Inventory Control team. The role focuses on accurate reporting, item data maintenance, and supporting procurement with monthly stock and cost insights.

The ideal candidate should have a secondary diploma or higher with at least 2 years in a large organization, fluent English (Arabic a plus). Proficiency in Birch Street, SharePoint and MS Office is important, along with strong integrity and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma or above; Diploma in materials management or procurement an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ related experience in a large organization.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, Birch Street, SharePoint.
• Strong integrity and well-organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with procurement to ensure accurate reporting of productivity metrics.
• Enter and maintain item data, purchase orders and related documentation.
• Prepare monthly reports on orders, products used and stock levels.
• Resolve discrepancies between POs, receiving docs and vendor invoices.
• Maintain supplier files and document supplier responses.
• Manage inventory levels to meet operational needs while maximizing turnover and storage space.
• Enforce procurement policies and internal controls.
• Provide timely support to requester teams via SharePoint workflow.
• Assist with price lists and data cleansing in Birch Street system.
