Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Manager to lead the Inventory Control team.

You will oversee data integrity in BirchStreet, coordinate resources, and deliver accurate monthly cost reports while maintaining compliance with safety standards. A minimum of three years of managerial experience and a Bachelor’s degree are required; proficiency in BirchStreet, Oracle, and Power BI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island: Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking Manager to join the resort’s Inventory Control team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inventory Control team, ensuring timely deliveries to outlets, completion of scheduled inventory counts, effective team guidance, and prompt resolution of outstanding matters.
• Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data within BirchStreet.
• Take primary responsibility for ensuring that all inventory and financial postings are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and allocate resources to meet departmental requirements in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare, validate, and distribute daily and monthly food cost reports to outlets, analyse variances and trend changes, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify underlying causes.
• Prepare month-end inventory reports for review by the Operations Controller and submission for corporate reporting.
• Address inventory variances with the warehouse team and align with the Operations Controller on adjustments, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Evaluate team performance and provide necessary training.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper records management in accordance with company policies.
• Lead by example and foster a culture of safe behaviour among team members in accordance with Wynn Health and Safety Standards.

About You

• A minimum of three years of managerial experience in inventory control, supported by strong financial acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experienced in inventory management, financial systems, and reporting platforms, including BirchStreet, Oracle, and Power BI.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, supported by strong interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Capable of working independently, exercising sound judgement and taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Collaborative and adaptable team player who responds effectively to changing priorities and performs well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
