Job summary

Exotic Colors in Abu Dhabi invites an energetic luxury retailer to drive sales of premium fashion accessories and fragrances in a high-end environment.

You will build rapport with diverse customers, meet monthly targets, and provide polished service in English, with Arabic a plus. Training, career growth, and discounts on premium goods are offered within a global Italian brand network and 30 branches.

Qualifications

• Currently based in the UAE.
• Minimum 1–2 years proven experience in retail sales.
• Preferably in luxury fashion accessories or fragrance retail.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques.
• Customer profiling and upselling.
• Confident communicator in English with excellent presentation skills.
• Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers.
• Comfortable working towards monthly sales targets.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
