Job summary

RAK Ceramics is seeking a Sales Associate to join our UAE Retail team. You will deliver an exceptional showroom experience with a personalized, solution-based sales approach while supporting our vision of industry leadership.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, showcasing products, maintaining CRM data, and collaborating with quality teams to resolve issues. Fluency in English is required; flexibility with schedules is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant certification; bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably within retail or customer-facing environments.
• Fluency in English is required; multilingual candidates are preferred.

• Greet and engage customers in the showroom, advising them on products and solutions based on their needs.
• Showcase products and help customers discover how they can transform their living spaces.
• Build and maintain accurate customer information using CRM systems while managing relationships, opportunities, and follow-ups.
• Act as a product and customer solutions expert among peers.
• Gather, analyze, and share customer feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
• Coordinate closely with the Quality team to resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Stay updated on products, initiatives, and promotions to effectively support customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, cash handling, safety, and security standards.
• Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are properly displayed on the sales floor.
• Support visual merchandising activities and assist team members when required.
• Maintain flexibility with work schedules based on business needs.

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our Retail team in the UAE. This role will be responsible for delivering an exceptional showroom experience to customers through a personalized, solution-based sales approach while supporting the company’s vision of being a leader in the industry.

The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving individual and store sales performance by building strong customer relationships, promoting products effectively, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.

What You Will Be Doing
